A “train the trainer” approach will be used in training your staff on the Tradewind® Point of Sale application, to enable you to accommodate turnover in personnel. In addition, JDS conducts scheduled periodic courses through JDS University, in the use of the system. These classes are open to all WinRetail™ and Tradewind® users.
