The JDS Solutions Corporation is pleased to announce the establishment of "JDS University", a JDS sponsored and staffed education curriculum dedicated to providing regularly scheduled educational opportunities for our clients and prospective clients.

All classes will be held in Carlsbad, California and most will be one day in length. The establishment of the "University" comes in response to the suggestion of many of our clients, who were looking for a way to increase their product knowledge in an off-site environment, where they would be free of interruption.

Each of the classes offered will be focused on a task, or business process, or software function, giving students and instructors adequate time to really "learn" the topic. For example, a Spring Quarter 2003 class is planned that will focus entirely on "Reporting in WinRetail™. That class, led by JDS staff, will explore all reporting avenues available within WinRetail™, with detailed instruction in:

InfoMaker
Crystal Reports

Classes will be on a per-student, fee basis, with each client responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses. The class size will be limited to ensure a good teacher-pupil ratio, so please make certain that you use the enclosed Registration Form to reserve your space as soon as possible.

In addition to scheduled classes, our Professional Services group will be offering user specific services to assist our clients. Services currently offered include Database "cleanup", and Physical Inventory reconciliation.
