A project plan is our personal commitment to you to deliver the desired system, at the desired time, on budget. Our project team takes over when the JDS contract is completed.

The process starts with defining the scope and definition of the project so that roles, responsibilities, project milestones and deadlines are clearly defined. Next, we begin the process of preparing the site for installation. This process includes data design, preparation for installation, installation and training, and post-installation support.

Some customers need more project support than others, that's why we offer flexible options. No matter which option you choose, JDS will keep your project on track and on budget.
