WinRetail Order Management (OM) provides back office functions that automate the processes for consumer and wholesale orders. It also provides all the essentials for: order-customer management, order processing- fulfillment, and purchasing/inventory control.
With Order Management, you can conveniently find items in various locations. Search for items by Style, Vendor and Vendor Item No., Description, Division, Department, Class, Subclass, Season or by any of the fifteen user defined attributes that pertain to your business. Enter new customers and orders, or pull-up your existing customers and view their order history.
Easy Access to Information
Order Management provides sales associates and customer service reps with the accurate and timely information regarding ordering and fulfillment processes. Your staff can quickly verify the availability of an item before completing the sales order or provide an accurate order status. Setting the right expectations with your customers builds loyalty and repeat business!
Flexible Options
Expand your business to include e-commerce. WinRetail Order Management offers the option to add Web Import/Export capability to your existing web store. Items you want to sell on the web are created in WinRetail and sent directly to the web store. You can export images, add item content, and manage inventory through WinRetail. Order processing and fulfillment are also managed in WinRetail.
When you’re ready to ship, let WinShip handle the shipping logistics. WinShip ships your packages directly through WinRetail once the order is fulfilled. You can choose to ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. WinShip will calculate costs for your selected carrier, as well as evaluate the most affordable carrier for a particular item(s) if you like. It’s that easy!
