Celso-Perez, premier retailer in Dominican Republic, selects JDS Solutions WinRetail™.

CARLSBAD, California - March 26, 2002

Dominican Republic operator of 37+ stores, including United Colors Of Benetton, Liz Claiborne and Claiborne stores selects WinRetailTM to manage their retail enterprise. The JDS Solutions Corporation today announced that Celso Perez C. por A, the Dominican Republic's leading sellers of branded casual, active lifestyle, work, outdoor sport and footwear, licensed the JDS WinRetailTM Enterprise Management solution for its Retail division.

Celso Perez selected JDS's WinRetailTM to manage both the back office and front end Point of Sale operations throughout its rapidly expanding organization. Celso Perez also selected The JDS WinRetailTM Communications Manager to control all communications within the retail division and additionally contracted for The JDS Solutions Corporation's nationally acclaimed 24/7 Customer Support Service. Celso Perez Retail is beginning the installation process immediately and is scheduled to go live with WinRetailTM Enterprise in Q3-2002.
