The Coleman Company Selects JDS Solutions WinRetail™ to Manage Its Camp Coleman Outlet Operations.

CARLSBAD, California - February 2, 2004

The JDS Solutions Corporation today announced that The Coleman Company, Inc. licensed the JDS WinRetail™ Enterprise Management solution for the Company’s 17+ store Outlet operation.

The Coleman Company, Inc. joins the constantly expanding list of nationally known and respected retail operations that have selected WinRetail™. The Coleman Company, Inc. is scheduled to begin the installation process in its Camp Coleman stores immediately and plans call for all stores to go live with WinRetail™ Enterprise in early Q2-2004.

JDS also announced the year-end signing of WinRetail™ license agreements with the Norton Simon Museum, Mr. Alan’s Shoes and the Pacific Brands Retail Group, managers of the outlet operations for Fox Racing, Billabong Outlet Stores and Balboa Beach Club. All are scheduled for installation in Q1-2004.
The Coleman Company, Norton Simon Museum, Mr. Alan’s Shoes and Pacific Brands all selected JDS's WinRetail™/Tradewind® solution to manage both the back office and front end Point of Sale operations. They also contracted for The JDS Solutions Corporation’s nationally acclaimed 24/7 Customer Support Service to handle all system related customer service requirements in their organization’s retail operations.
