NUMB3R$, the 2007 JDS User's Conference announced
It was announced today that "NUMB3R$", the 2007 JDS User's Conference will be held at the Del Mar Hilton, in Del Mar, CA, March 5-7, 2007. The Conference, like all past conferences will focus on education and user feedback. More information to follow shortly.

JDS Announces Interface to SPS Commerce EDI Software
JDS today announced the release of software that allows its WinRetail® Enterprise Management software package to interface to the EDI functionality available through SPS Commerce. The new interface allows WinRetail® users to export Purchase Orders in the SPS Commerce format for use in EDI and to allow the import of ASN's (Advance Shipping Notices in SPS format) back into WinRetail®.

Internet Based Credit/Debit Authorization now in General Release
JDS is pleased to announce the successful installation of the Tradewind® Internet Based credit and debit card authorization and centralized credit settlement system (DAS). Now in general release, the DAS system has been validated to meet the PCI (Visa CISP) Payment Application Best Practices requirements. Offering credit/debit authorizations in less than three seconds, DAS has greatly improved customer throughput in each of its current installations.

Surf Apparel Leader Volcom Installs JDS Solutions WinRetail™ Enterprise Management System
The JDS Solutions Corporation today announced that Volcom, Inc. the leader in surf apparel, has begun installation of the full JDS suite of information management products, inclusive of WinRetail™, Tradewind® Point of Sale and the JDS communication product set. Shoe Palace Select WinRetailT
The JDS Solutions Corporation today announced that Shoe Palace, Headquartered in the Bay Area, had selected the full JDS suite of information management products, inclusive of WinRetail™, Tradewind® Point of Sale and the JDS communication product set. Shoe Palace operates nine locations selling branded family footwear at bargain prices. The company will be moving to WinRetail™ from its CAM Data legacy system, with a pre-back to school installation planned.

The installation, under the direction of the JDS Professional Services team, will include the recently released WinRetail™ Order Entry module as well as a full internet based credit card authorization module. Both JDS and Shoe Palace are looking forward to a successful installation, timed to occur prior to the beginning of the back to school season.JDS was awarded the contract after the Shoe Palace conducted an extensive search and analysis process.

JDS is pleased to announce that The OOPS Co., a Carolina based apparel chain, has selected the JDS WinRetailT Enterprise Management Suite to manage the informational needs of its multi-store apparel operation. A March live date is planned.
