Reserve America, Inc. the nations’ leading campsite registry, has selected
JDS’s WinRetail™ to offer to its affiliate campsites to help manage
their retail business needs. Reserve America will be working directly with each
of its affiliates as they elect to install WinRetail™, while JDS will provide
Professional Services as needed. |

JDS today welcomed two new clients to it
WinRetail™ family. The Bay Co. a San Francisco based
apparel chain selected JDS and its Enterprise Management
suite to manage its multi-store operation. In addition, Action
Beach, one of Southern California’s premier action
sports retailers also chose JDS and its products for its
operation. The JDS Professional Services Group will be managing
both installations. |

JDS sets date for WIN-2006 Users Conference
WIN-2006, the JDS WinRetail™ Annual
Users Conference will be held in Carlsbad, CA beginning
on Monday, March 6, 2006 and continuing through Wednesday,
March 8, 2006. |

JDS is pleased to announce that the National Gallery
of Art in Washington, DC has successfully installed JDS’s
WinRetail™ Enterprise Management module in all of the
Gallery’s retail shops. The installation was completed
under the direction of the JDS Professional Services group.
JDS was awarded the contract to replace NGA’s legacy
system after an extensive and detailed bidding process. More

communication options, designed to give its clients varying
levels of data transfer between their corporate headquarters
and stores. In addition to Nightly Batch Processing, JDS is
pleased to offer Trickle Polling, a scheduled polling alternative,
and Traderoute®, an interactive Gift Card, Gift Certificate,
Store Credit, etc. update capability.

Santa Monica, CA based FrontRunners, Inc. has begun the
installation of the JDS Solutions suite of products. Last month
FrontRunners, Inc. selected JDS to provide an enterprise-wide
solution for its FrontRunners and New Balance stores. The JDS
Professional Services group is managing the installation. FronRunners
plans an expansion and JDS will be an integral part of the those
aggressive future growth plans. |

With Q/A now complete, WinRetail™ Version 5.0 is
now available for general release and upgrade. The new version
contains enhancements to virtually all modules with an emphasis
on increasing the Import/Export capability of the system. In
addition, changes were made to allow for even greater flexibility
in the Transfer of merchandise and the conduct of a physical
inventory. JDS anticipates that virtually all of its clients
will upgrade to the new release within Q3-2005. |

Coleman Outlet Stores Upgrade to Tradewind® 7.54
The Coleman Outlet Stores, headquartered in Wichita, KS has
successfully upgraded all seventeen 17 of its locations to the
latest version of Tradewind® 7.54. The stores located throughout
the country were upgraded according to an upgrade plan designed
by David Conger, Sr. Director of Retail Operations for Coleman
and the JDS Customer Support Team.

The Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery today selected
