“After many months of concentrated searching for a new computer system for our store, one of my colleagues decided to call a large gourmet kitchen retail store chain and find out what computer system they used. We found out it was "Tradewind", however after talking to "Tradewind'. we knew we could not afford the program. They referred us to JDS Solutions who were taking the "Tradewind" program and incorporating it with their "WinRetail" program and creating a system that combined both at a more affordable price.

I had a very good feeling about the company after talking to them . They were very "hands on'. type of people and I felt confident it was the system for us. Dan conducted a "Visual" presentation over the Internet, as well as many phone conversations. He came out and worked on the basics with us to get us started. We were then left on our own to enter the information into the system. He was always an "800" number away."
