“Irresistibles is an eleven store women’s apparel chain headquartered in the northeast. We had been using a DOS inventory and POS system since the early 1980’s. In 2003, we investigated several Windows based systems and decided to convert to JDS Solutions’ WinRetail™ and Tradewind® system. We converted in August, 2003.

We have been very happy with our decision. Since WinRetail™ is a Windows system, it integrates very easily with our other Windows applications. The system is user friendly and responsive. It incorporates all of the necessary modules for a multi-store fashion apparel chain. Information on individual styles, vendors, departments, or classes can be collected quickly, displayed in tabular or graphical layout, and/or exported to other Windows applications.

We also decided to use WinRetail™ because of our impression of the JDS Solutions organization. Our actual experience has surpassed our high expectations. JDS Solutions is a pleasure to work with as a systems vendor. They are very professional, dedicated, and smart. Customer service and support is their top priority and they will do whatever it takes to fix a problem. They are also very interested in user feedback. They conduct annual user group meetings and many of the future system enhancements come from user ideas and requests.”
