Though nothing in writing establishes a “partnership” between JDS and our clients, we view our relationship with each and every one of our clients as just that: a bi-lateral partnership.

Our clients look to us to provide the technical and in many cases business expertise that they either can’t provide, or choose not to provide. Often we function as the Information Technology department for our clients, helping them think through the various alternatives that present themselves. Our past experiences in the retail industry and our ongoing work with other retailers provides us with a library of “lessons learned” that we eagerly share with our clients, guiding them through the maze of challenges that always confront a successful and growing enterprise.

For our part, we look to our clients to focus the company in our efforts to keep our products vibrant and alive. WinRetail™, though robust, is constantly growing to meet the changing needs of our client base. We openly solicit and respect the input of our clients’ through our User’s Conference and in day to day conversation.
