Though meticulous care has been taken on our part to ensure
the fact that your system will perform without interruption
or problem, the reality is that systems are machines, and
as such they and their operators can encounter problems. Software
companies are measured by how quickly they react to problems
and get you “up and running” again. We are proud
of our 100% level of customer satisfaction.
Our Customer Support Center is located in our Corporate Headquarters
in Carlsbad, CA, in the Pacific Time Zone. If you have a support
issue, you can contact us in any one of the following ways:
- Call our Customer Support Help Desk
at
877-WINRETAIL (877-946-7382). We offer
direct contact (Support Technician will answer your call
personally) during the hours of 7:30AM and 5:00PM Pacific
Time. During all other times, inclusive of weekends and
all holidays, an answering service will relay your call
to the on-call Support Technician who will respond to
your call usually within minutes.
